Full Time Veterinary Receptionist needed for a small animal practice. 30+ hours per week. The ideal candidate will be motivated, computer literate, work well in a team environment, and be people, animal, and sales oriented. We also offer health insurance, retirement and quarterly bonuses. Responsibilities include: greeting clients and pets in a professional and courteous manner, preparing and organizing patient records, scheduling appointments, answering two-line phone, filing, mailings to clients, preparing patient consent forms, providing client education materials, preparing invoices and collecting payments, updating computer information, and performing other related duties directed by the veterinarian and the office manager.
