Apex Animal Hospital continues to grow and wants to welcome additional Team Members to our amazing veterinary family! Prior veterinary experience and EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills are a must! We see cats and dogs only (no exotics), and are looking for candidates that are proficient in restraint techniques, venipuncture, catheter placement, radiograph positioning, monitoring hospitalized patients, fluid therapy, monitoring anesthesia/recovery, filling Rx, medical terminology, laboratory testing, and have dentistry cleaning and radiography experience.
We have a comprehensive training program that will assist new Team Members with hospital orientation, learning Cornerstone software (we are a paperless practice), and sharpening any of the technical skills mentioned above. Responsibilities will include excellent Client care and education, patient care, housekeeping/maintenance, data entry/record keeping, marketing, ability to lift 40#, and ability to work Saturday mornings. We do not offer boarding or grooming services, so no "on call"/overnight/emergency shifts are required!!!
