As the contracted veterinary service provider for Gwinnett County, Planned Pethood of GA is seeking a veterinarian to work Saturdays at Gwinnett County Animal Welfare and Enforcement, with some possibility for weekday shifts either at the shelter or at our spay neuter clinic in Duluth. Shelter experience preferred but not required. Ideal candidate should be proficient in spay/neuter and comfortable with the concept of herd health. Opportunities for other surgeries do arise (enucleations, amputations, etc) as well as individual medical and emergency cases. Idexx account available for bloodwork/biopsy submissions etc., digital x-ray and ultrasound on-site.
