Our group of hospitals offers cutting-edge services in preventative care, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, dental procedures and x-rays, acupuncture, laser therapy, CT (computed tomography imaging), laparoscopy, boarding and grooming.
Ideal candidates will have a great work-ethic, be reliable, possess strong customer service skills, have the ability to multi-task and have excellent communication within a team. Basic responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.
