This Client Experience Supervisor serves as the head of our Client Care/Experience Department. This supervisor will provide leadership and inspiration to the client services team, motivating them to provide exceptional concierge-style service to our customers. This supervisor will ensure clients are provided an extraordinary overall experience any time they are interacting with the hospital and its team members.
The right candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging – yet rewarding environment. The desired candidate must be energetic and outgoing with excellent communication skills. This candidate must exhibit grace under pressure and must thrive on change leadership as well as innovation. Status-quo cannot be enough!

At least three (3) years of demonstrable supervisory and leadership experience is required. Leadership background must be in the area of office, customer service and/or hospitality management. Leadership experience in the veterinary field is fantastic, but not necessary.
The candidate must have a history of change leadership qualities. The candidate must be able to inspire teams to go above and beyond – to exceed expectations.
