A small holistic veterinary practice is searching for a part-time or full-time veterinarian to join our growing team. The practice focuses on an integrative approach to veterinary medicine combining the latest alternative therapies with traditional care. We specialize in veterinary acupuncture, laser therapy, and Chinese herbal therapy. We are looking to bring on a vet who has some training in these areas.
We are a small clinic and do not perform any surgeries or euthanasias. Focus is on preventative care, pain care, and holistic health. We have recently expanded our office into a new location in the Battery area and we are looking to bring on a vet who can grow with our practice.
CVA degree is great but not necessary
Training with Acupuncture preferred
Training with Chinese herbal formulas preferred
Communicate effectively with all patients regarding treatment plans
Practice in accordance to state practice act and principles of veterinary medical ethics
Devote yourself to the culture of holistic and preventive care
Work well with all staff to communicate on patient needs and clinic duties fostering a positive relationship
Maintain relevant and comprehensive medical records on all patients
Continue to educate yourself in the field of holistic health and veterinary medicine
Deliver all procedures and treatments with the highest standard of care
Full time candidates will receive 401k benefits after 1 yr, a stipend for CE and monthly health insurance as well as a uniform once per year.
