IPAH Delray- Imperial Point Animal Hospital of Delray, a privately owned hospital, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager. As Practice Manager, you will work in conjunction with the owners of the clinic to oversee the day to day operations of the hospital and its staff and promote our services throughout the community. Purchased in 2013, our doors have never closed and we have been dedicated to providing the highest quality care and exceptional service to pets and their people in Delray Beach and surrounding areas.

About You

You should have demonstrable experience in...

• Managing a large number of support staff and veterinarians l
• Recruiting and overseeing the training of support staff and veterinarians
• Optimizing employee schedules to fit the needs of the hospital
• Strategic business development
• Communicating objectives, motivating staff, building and maintaining morale, and maintaining core values and standards in all areas
• Promoting a collaborative and learning-based work environment among team members
• Mediating and responding to client complaints
• Supervising staff and overseeing disciplinary procedures, discharging, and all legal responsibilities of employment
• Inventory management with a focus on reducing waste and redundancy
