Passionate Veterinarian needed for small animal hospital twenty miles east of Raleigh, NC. The best professionals dedicate themselves to a lifetime of learning. If (for one year) you can commit four hours weekly to the independent study of subjects such as surgical procedures, focused ultrasound, basic echocardiography, flexible endoscopy and dentistry, we will commit up to $20,000 to onsite and offsite weekend specialist training during the first year. Practice offers superior equipment, tech/assistant support, and benefits. 

Job Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of North Carolina
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
  • The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members
  • Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets
  • Compassionate team player who can uphold great reputation with clients
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics
  • Proficiency in surgery a plus
