We are currently looking for a full time experienced Client Services/Front Desk Manager.
The client services/front office manager ensures that our hospital runs smoothly, our clients’ needs are met and, most importantly, that our patients receive the very best medical care we can offer. Has an integral role in providing excellent care to our patients as well as serving as major communicator for our hospital. Helps maintain contact with referring veterinarians and clients, ensuring that Suwanee Animal Hospital continues to provide the best care and service to all. Aids the doctors in achieving greater efficiency by relieving them of administrative detail and making sure the scheduling process, as well as follow-up, runs smoothly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing supervisory oversight of front desk employees by monitoring staff performance and conduct including compliance with policies and procedures, established dress code, pet policy, cell phone policy, etc.
Overseeing client flow to ensure clients and patients are seen and treated in professional, timely and competent manner.
Assisting in the recruitment, interviews, and hiring of support staff personnel.
Training, educating and actively participating in the development of CSRs according to our standard of care and training manual.
Understanding, participating in and supporting planned marketing events and programs.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a front office managerial role in a veterinary clinic is required.
