Clairmont Animal Hospital is a well established, AAHA accredited veterinary practice located in Decatur, GA. We are looking for part-time and full-time Client Service Specialists to join our excellent team. As a Client Service Specialist at Clairmont Animal Hospital you will be the face of our practice and represent our Doctors and Staff by developing long-lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. Our team members are the first and last contact with our clients and are instrumental in creating meaningful, positive impressions.

We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, self-starter with great communication skills that is willing to work a flexible schedule (evenings, some 12 hour shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays).The right candidate will be compassionate, detail oriented, focused on accuracy and comfortable processing financial transactions. We are looking for someone that is flexible, willing to learn and able navigate emotional and stressful situations with confidence and professionalism. Customer service experience required, veterinary experience preferred. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years experience working in a veterinary hospital, knowledge of Avimark software and familiarity with veterinary terminology.
