Ask The Vet is a mobile veterinary practice looking for a part-time veterinary assistant/technician to primarily work on Tuesday's, Thursday's & Friday's. Preferred experience 2-3 years.
Clinics mainly located in Kennesaw/Acworth/Dallas, GA areas.
**LOOKING TO FILL POSITION ASAP**
COVID-19 considerations: All staff are required to wear face masks, and for home visits clients are required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. At regular clinic locations curbside services are provided. All surfaces are sanitized during clinic.
Assist the veterinarian at various clinic locations & Home Visits;
Able to lift 50 lbs. or greater;
Experienced in proper animal restraint/handling;
Must be comfortable with assisting in End of Life Home Visits;
Must have some surgical experience;
Effective communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to inform/educate clients on proper veterinary care.
