Client Services Coordinator needed for busy, state-of-the-art veterinary physical rehabilitation clinic in Marietta, Ga. Serve as the front line of communication between our bustling specialty clinic and clients and referring veterinarians. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, greeting clients, phone reception, client communication, and appointment scheduling. Looking for professional, friendly, outgoing, tactful individual who is comfortable speaking with veterinarians and clients in person and on the telephone. Paperless practice requires candidate to be computer savvy. Experience in veterinary setting or medical office preferred, with knowledge of veterinary/medical terminology. Cornerstone exp a plus.
