Under the direction of the Practice Owner, the Practice Manager performs a wide range of difficult to complex administrative activities, providing quality patient care and excellent client service, coordinating and representing all facets of client services, managing finances and accounting, marketing, and promotion of services, staffing and personnel operations, and discretionary activities, that serve to support effective business operations. You will serve as a leader and role model to the staff while ensuring that everyone meets and greets clients and their pets and serve as a goodwill ambassador for the clinic. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma.
Client relations experience and experience working with the public, i.e. service business.
A registered Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant with at least 5 years of experience is preferred for this position.
Dependable attendance is required.
This position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day.
Fine motor skills adequate for utilizing office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, etc.
