We are an expanding exotic animal practice seeking an associate veterinarian to grow our established, thriving two doctor practice. If you love exotic pet medicine, you've found your home. We are dedicated to providing excellent care for our patients, their stewards and our staff.
What makes us different from other hospitals?
As the only exclusively exotic animal practice in Maryland, our caseload is diverse. With primary cases and referrals, our clients are great and allow us to provide quality care for their pets. Being located in the same building as a veterinary specialty practice we are able to collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, oncologists and the advanced imaging department. Our staff loves working with exotics and are dedicated to their patients. They are really good at what they do and the doctors are free to be doctors because of their skill and knowledge.
We are located close to Washington, DC and in Rockville there is a thriving city center. If you long for nature, grass and trees are are a short drive north and Ocean City is about four hours south. We have emergency hospitals in the area that admit exotics so we do not have to take after hour emergencies. Interested candidates have opportunities for leadership roles and a buy in potential is an option for interested applicants. ABVP or ACZM diplomates are welcomed but all experience levels are encouraged to apply. Call or email us for more information.
