Searching for an experienced Veterinary Hospital Administrator (MBA or CVPM credentialed candidates preferred) to lead our management team and multi-location veterinary hospitals. Privately owned practices. Excellent salary and benefits.
Are you ready for a new adventure? Do you enjoy having the professional autonomy that follows a mature practice who is secure in their values? Are you ready to work with a strong leadership team that embraces change? Does the idea of being truly family-centric appeal to you? If so, we’d love to add you to our team!
Everhart Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Hospital Administrator who has experience managing a large hospital (same size or larger) or group of hospitals and can hit the ground running. Currently, we are a pair of independent, AAHA Accredited hospitals located in the suburban Baltimore, Maryland area. Our two hospitals are organized as one, large multi-discipline facility with 9 full-time DVMs and a sister, boutique clinic that is a full-service hospital that employs 2 full-time DVMs. Very much matching with our familial values, the two hospitals share DVM time with a stable, consistent support staff.
In addition, we are excited to announce that Everhart Veterinary Medicine will be opening a third hospital in the Summer of 2022. Like our current hospitals, our new location will provide the same strong values, quality service, and exceptional care the Everhart brand is known for.
Our hospital team embraces individuality, but also requires adhering to group family values and our core values of Team, Integrity, Knowledge and Compassion. We are a staple in the community with a solid sixty-four years of foundation that has resulted in a large, loyal, clientele who value our high quality medicine, surgery and care.
The ideal Hospital Administrator candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and objectively administer both HR concerns and client care/satisfaction. They will also have exceptional communication skills and be someone with the ability to manage the, “big picture.” Financial acumen, business strategy, being a positive role model and exceptional leadership skills are also expectations of the ideal candidate. There would be high valuation for candidates familiar with Traction and the EOS concept and utilization.
The base salary and benefits would be consistent with VHMA guidelines, with an additional compensation based on production and profitability valuations. Vacation and personal days with additional time allotted for personal and professional growth are included as we embrace work-life balance for all our staff. Moving expenses would also be considered.
