Our Mission is to build a nationwide network of veterinary practices that empowers hospitals and their teams by prioritizing quality medicine, healthy business growth and shared value through unique employee ownership. We believe all of those who work in our industry have a responsibility to make it better and that we should do all we can to provide innovative ways for our team members to benefit from their hard work and expertise.
Inspire Veterinary Partners was founded with the goal of building a vibrant veterinary organization that offers equity to members of the entire veterinary and support team - not just a select few. Inspire Veterinary Partners seeks to purchase veterinary hospitals and work closely with them post-purchase to support our mutual goals. As we select the right hospitals to join our team, ours is a ‘buy, hold and grow’ strategy which, counter to some organizations in our industry, means we intend to work alongside our hospital teams for the long term. This outlook also informs how we have structured Inspire. Because our funding and compensation models are unlike just about any other in veterinary medicine, we think and operate differently. Our team members share in our success and, for us, contributing to the advancement of the veterinary profession isn’t an afterthought - it’s the reason we do what we do.
