Our two-doctor, American Animal Hospital Association ("AAHA")-accredited, small animal practice located in Canton, Georgia is looking for a full-time kennel assistant. A positive attitude, team-oriented work habits and a love for animals is essential.  Pet care experience is not required, but preferred. The Kennel Assistant is responsible for caring for boarding pets, bathing pets and cleaning the kennel, grooming and cat boarding areas as well as the kennel yard.  Some specific responsibilities are as follows:  managing pet nutrition and exercise during boarding; preparing spaces in the kennel and cat condos for boarding pets; administering daily medications; bathing pets; updating pet records.
