VCA Kirkwood Animal Hospital located in Newark, Delaware is looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.

For over 63 years, families throughout New Castle County have trusted VCA Kirkwood Animal Hospital to provide quality, compassionate veterinary care for all of their animal's healthcare needs.  We are an AAHA-accredited hospital offering our clients a high standard of care. Our full service hospital has five exam rooms (one dedicated to feline patients), surgical laser, digital x-ray and digital dental x-ray, tonometry, full in-house lab, Cardell CO2 C-STAT monitors and dedicated dental suite. We are open to new ideas and are always willing to expand services that meet the passion of our hospital team. 

Full time positions available! Our hospital is open 6 days a week. Your schedule includes 4 days (Mon-Fri) with rotating half day on Saturday. Limited on-call weekends (for boarding patients).
