Village Vet in LA is looking for a full-time veterinarian to join their amazing team!
We are a full-service veterinary clinic providing preventive care, surgery, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and cold laser therapy. We are not your typical vet clinic - there are no cold stainless steel tables in the exam rooms or intimidating equipment. VIP Program: Veterinary Incentive Plan
The industry-first program called the Veterinarian Incentive Plan allows current doctors and those who become a part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare team to elect to participate in the new bonus structure, which is based on tenure and company performance. General practice veterinarians can earn up to $225,000, One-third of the total VIP award is based on each doctor’s tenure and the other two-thirds is based on company performance.
The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Thrive Pet Healthcare locations and includes general practice, specialty, and emergency doctors. This includes both part-time and full-time doctors.
