Three (3) non-exempt veterinary technicians currently report to the Director of Veterinary Services and Associate Veterinarian and provide technical assistance within the veterinary department operations and in their roles across the zoo.  We need a dedicated, high-quality veterinary technician to join this team! Graduation from an AVMA-accredited school of veterinary technology, and requirement of a CVT license for Illinois obtained within 30 days of start date.     Available to work any of seven days of the week or special needs or events that may occur outside of regular work schedule, including evenings, weekends or holidays, as required.
