We are looking for 1-2 veterinarians to work at our well equipped, well staffed practice on the beautiful southern coast of Oregon, in Brookings. The position is mainly small animal, but for interested applicants, we also do some exotic, equine, and food animal work. This is a busy practice, currently staged by 6 veterinarians, and a support staff of approximately 50 people including 3 licensed veterinary technicians and 6 assistants working on certification. The case load is busy and includes a wide variety of medical and surgical opportunities. We can delay the start date of employment to allow move time and personal time.
We have friendly, experienced doctors who are happy to mentor new graduates. The 1st 6 weeks of work are spent working with a mentor doctor. The 1st 3 months are extended mentor training with an experienced doctor always available to help if needed.

The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, be organized and have the ability to multi task. Candidate must also possess a positive, team oriented attitude. This person must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job; including, but not limited to, lifting (up to 40lbs.) bending and stairs.
