Southview Animal Hospital in West St Paul, MN is ready to hire a veterinarian to join their large and growing hospital. Our hospital is unique in that we are not only a general practice small animal clinic, but we also offer urgent care/emergency services. In addition to our normal staff of approximately 15 doctors and over 70 support staff, we also have boarded specialists that come 1-2x per week. Our equipment consists of CT, digital x-ray and digital dental x-ray, multiple ultrasound machines, therapy and surgical lasers, and scope. We have a full lab and dedicated pharmacy.  Southview boasts 13 exam rooms, 2 surgery suites, 1 dental suite and 1 specialty procedure room.

Southview is a fast-paced hospital that encourages growth and empowerment. We see small/companion animals and some exotics. We also work with 60 rescue organizations.  Southview is proud to say that our doctors are able to practice the kind of medicine they want while striving to provide gold quality medicine. We have outstanding comradery and collaboration amongst the team. Our leadership is very active on the floor, hosting daily huddles and monthly staff meetings, in addition to fun after hours events. Southview Animal Hospital is located in West St Paul, not far from the Mall of America, with several restaurants in the area and also close to the airport.

Our ideal candidate would be open to both general practice and urgent care. The schedule for our doctors is flexible and does include weekend rotations. We are open to all experience levels.
