SurgiPet is currently seeking an assistant to our veterinary technician staff.  Responsibilities include:  surgical and dentistry pack prep, surgery room prep and breakdown, dentistry area prep and breakdown, assistance with patients, restocking inventory, constant upkeep of hospital areas, and end of day closing procedures.  This is an ideal position for a level one veterinary assistant or advanced skill kennel tech that is looking to advance their career.  We are a hard working but fun group of people with a passion for saving pet lives.  The right individual would possess a love for pets, ability to work quickly and efficiently, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.  Schedule is a 4 day work week with no weekends and no holidays.  Come join us on our mission to save pets in need!

SurgiPet is a new concept in veterinary medicine. We opened our doors August 2021 and have grown very quickly as news of our mission has spread. SurgiPet is a nonprofit veterinary clinic offering high quality pet dentistry and non-routine surgery at a reduced rate. Our mission at SurgiPet is to provide low cost services that will aid in the prevention of pet suffering and economic euthanasia. We believe that the human-animal bond should be preserved for all families including those experiencing economic hardship or limited income. Because our services are limited, our costs for operation are limited allowing us to keep our prices affordable. Our goal is to improve the health and longevity of pets that would otherwise go untreated.
