Hillcrest Animal Hospital is a multi-doctor, companion animal hospital located in Rockford, IL. We are a full-service clinic committed to providing the highest quality medical and surgical services to cats and dogs since 1967. We are looking to bring on a full-time or part-time veterinarian to join our team-oriented practice.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced veterinarian or new graduate looking to join an experienced and supportive team of doctors and support staff, including 7 CVTs and 10 assistants. We are looking to hire a doctor that enjoys a wide variety of cases. New graduates can expect excellent 1-on-1 mentorship and support from our team of doctors. In addition, we offer a structured orientation and mentorship program, round table discussions with other recent graduates, peer advisors, and Slack group discussions with other experienced veterinarians for case reviews, connection, and advice!

Location

Rockford is a unique place to live and work. Nicknamed the Forest City, we are known for cultural or historically significant venues like Anderson Japanese Gardens, Klehm Arboretum, Tinker Swiss Cottage, BMO Harris Bank Center, Coronado Theatre, and the Burpee Museum of Natural History.
