One or two veterinarians wanted for full or part time position (choose your own hours) in a 5 doctor (3 full time equivalent), privately owned practice located in central PA, just outside State College. We are a busy and growing practice with a great reputation, looking for an individual that is enthusiastic, friendly, and willing to work together as part of a team. We work hard, but we also understand the importance of life outside the hospital, and strive to create a work situation that incorporates both. The area is a wonderful place to live, work, and enjoy yourself, and offers activities and amenities to satisfy many lifestyles. Our hospital is a modern, 12 year old clinic located 20 minutes from Penn State University in a beautiful rural setting. We schedule 30 minute appointments with a 1.5 hour break in the middle of the day. We offer in house labs, digital x-rays, ultrasound and a wide variety of medical and surgical services. Our technical staff is fantastic, well trained with almost no turnover, and we truly enjoy working together. We do not work evenings or weekends, and have two 24 hour emergency clinics in the State College area. We are looking for a well rounded individual, but would also be willing to help develop an area of special interest if desired.
