We have a full time, immediate opening for a Veterinary Technician/Assistant. A candidate should be highly motivated and a self-starter. Responsibilities will include the care and treatment of our patients in our hospital. This position also includes assisting our Veterinarians and educating clients. Primary responsibilities of our Veterinary Technician/Assistant would be: outpatient care, inpatient care, and our boarding facilities. Secondary responsibilities would include maintaining records, collecting samples from patients, running in-house diagnostics, preparing shipment of samples for outsourced laboratory work, taking and developing x-rays, Laser Treatment, assisting with Ultrasound Diagnostics, pre-surgical prepping, post-surgical recovery, and Prioritizing and Coordinating patients.
