Seven Hills Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned, mixed animal practice in southwest Missouri in Nixa, just south of Springfield. Externships are available year round. We are looking to hire an additional veterinarian as well, so there is a potential for an externship to turn into a permanent placement for post-graduation.
We are a one doctor practice that is predominantly small animal however, we also serve large animals as well. Our 4,000 sq ft building includes six examination rooms, ultrasound, digital X-ray, in house diagnostics, laser therapy, in-house pharmacy, two dental stations, surgery suite, large animal haul-in facility and more.
Candidates must be personable, compassionate, willing to teach and learn, have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Candidates must also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and must be a team player, contribute to a positive and fun work culture and display positive veterinary leadership skills.

The practice has expanded to a 4,000 sq ft building that includes a large animal haul-in facility as well as in-house diagnostics, rads and therapeutic laser. Additionally, the facility has 6 exam rooms, in-house pharmacy, two dental and surgery tables.
The practice is predominately small animal however, we also serve large animals as well. Therefore, both small animal and mixed animal practitioners are encouraged to apply!
