Because we are emergency only, the doctors can focus on their own patients without the added stress of managing specialty patients as well. This combined with our very high support staff to doctor ratio ensures that you can be a doctor versus having to help fill other roles during your shift due to low staffing levels. 

HTVEC offers very competitive compensation that includes high base salary ($150,000 to $200,000 based upon experience level) with monthly production bonuses. Previous emergency experience is preferred; internship is a plus, but not a requirement. Flexible work schedule consisting of 12 to 13 shifts per month. Shifts include overnights, weekend days, and some holidays. No post-employment non-compete agreement.
