We are seeking veterinarians for immediate openings at Monmouth Park in Oceanport, NJ, minutes from the Jersey shore. Our practice administers the Lasix Program and operates the Test Barn for post-race blood collection, and we are expanding our roster of veterinarians for this role.
The current position entails administering Lasix to designated horses at specific times at their barns on the backstretch. In addition, veterinarians will be certified to collect blood samples in the Detention Barn.
Racetrack experience is not necessary. Veterinarians are provided a practical orientation, mentoring, and support. Our mission is to add new members to our team who like working with horses and desire flexible schedules that accommodate lifestyle balance.

Kunz Equine LLC provides services at thoroughbred and harness racetracks in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and associates often rotate between tracks. All racetracks are easily accessible via major highways, with central locations close to four international airports.
