If a part time schedule is preferred, pay will be $60-70/hour which would translate to $120,000-140,000 a year.

Located just a few minutes from downtown in a facility that opened in 2020, The Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga, Tennessee is a private, non-profit established in 1910 to alleviate animal suffering and homelessness. We currently provide animal control and sheltering for the unincorporated portions of Hamilton County and several smaller municipalities. With a staff of 45 and hundreds of volunteers and fosters, we admit a little over 3,000 animals a year and maintain a 93% live release rate.
