JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high quality clinical support, assist with medical/surgical procedures, ensure patient comfort, provide education materials and explanations to clients.

Deliver exceptional customer service, manage client communications, and ensure and overall outstanding client and patient experience.

We are a modern, privately-owned 4 doctor small animal and exotics practice located in Canton, Georgia. We focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, patients, team members, and community. Our team supports one another in providing the best care possible while having fun and growing personally and professionally. Our support staff is highly leveraged and includes several LVTs, allowing our doctors to concentrate on client communication and patient care. The owners and practice manager recognize the importance of a strong work-life balance and have created a culture where team members look forward to coming to work and contributing to a common mission and purpose. Our patients include dogs, cats, rabbits and other small mamm...als as well as reptiles. Our facility and equipment allows for full medical work-up and includes digital radiography, 2 high speed dental units and digital dental radiography, abdominal ultrasound and echocardiography, upper and lower GI endoscopy, Force Triad/Ligasure Vessel sealer, ICU and Oxygen therapy, full in-house lab, radiosurgical unit, and a modern facility with 7 exam rooms.
