We enforce a great work-life balance, eliminating after-hours and weekend contact with the help of our local emergency center. We also schedule on-floor hours appropriately to minimize working from home. Monthly meetings for doctors and separate meetings for staff are held to discuss issues and brainstorm solutions.
We offer ProSal compensation, 401K with company matching, 4 weeks of paid vacation, sick days and CE days, and a $3000+ CE allowance.
